I am qualified to work with individuals experiencing a wide variety of problems and also with couples, families with children of all ages and grown-up families.
I am also an EMDR Therapist working with individuals suffering from trauma and associated conditions.
As a Systemic Psychotherapist, I am trained to work with individuals, couples or families. This means that, unlike psychotherapists trained to work with individuals only, I am able to see clients by themselves or with their partners or families or in varied combinations as seems most appropriate. This flexibility is very helpful in addressing a wide range of problems. My specialities include:
